How do I communicate with my designer?
Everything happens inside the Designer platform — briefs, feedback, approvals, and file downloads. You can also connect via Slack on Pro and Team plans.
Can I pause my subscription if things get quiet?
Yes. You can pause your subscription for up to 60 days per year and resume when you’re ready. Unused capacity also rolls over for up to 60 days so a slow month is never wasted.
What if I want to switch service types?
